![]() would this mean that i dont need the maf translator and i can use just the neo?
The AFC NEO is unique in the sense that it has a built in MAF/MAP transfer function, which is necessary when the tuner swaps MAF/MAP sensors from one vehicle application to another. By setting the sensor IN and OUT to the appropriate sensor numbers, the AFC NEO can act as a translator/emulator unit, eliminating the need for costly sensor or ECU reprogramming. ![]() actually that is what the Pro does, it sounds like they cloned us......
You can use both, but it would be redundant. I need to read up on the Neo, as I didn't think it would do the MAF/MAP conversion. Bob |

![]() in re-reading your description, I don't think the Neo will do the speed density conversion, but only converting from one MAF to another or one MAP to another.
For a speed density conversion you would need to use the Pro. You could also use the Neo, but it would be redundant Bob |

![]() Exactly which box do you have? Do you have a wire diagram for your car? Do you have any specs on the maf sensor that came with it?
