its on the list.

The .DAT log format is straight binary, but its unscaled.

I just need to do a save as function and generate the CSV stuff.

What data are you most interested in?

Is it on the list? I looked through the list on page 1 of this thread and didn't see it. I'm most interested in MAF, MAP, MAT, rpm, A/F ratio, inj pw, things like that - fueling related stuff. One thing I want to do is calculate VE's over the whole operating range for use in moving to a speed density system one of these days.

Thanks for the quick response Bob!

John

I'd say CSV because ANY spreadsheet can read that format

I haven't had a chance to work on the PLC stuff in a while.

I will try to get back to it when I clear out some of these other projects that have been keeping me busy.

Looks like Android is going to be very popular for tablets and such before much longer. I think the power coming up from multicore processors is going to put a real dent into the laptop business

I would love to develop this as an android app.

I'm not sure when I can get to do it tho.

Any possibility of having the PL screen scale to whatever res we're running, and/or support wide screens?

Would be a huge benefit to newer Windows 8 tablets in lieu of an IOS/Android port.
