Default A puzzle

Subject here is belongs to a friend who recently aquired it.

87 GN
Stock Turbo
Red Stripe injectors
Stock CHIP

Yup. Stock Chip.

I did a basic IAC reset and got it idling pretty good. But It puzzled me why it wasn't pig rich. Then I saw the stock FP regulator.

If anyone else sees anything wrong speak out.

We know it needs a O2 sensor

Factory Boost gauge is unreliable and he has no aftermarket gauge so boost is questionable. We got the log by putting my ECM with PL in the car with his chip.
